Dr. Abby Silverman has over 20 years experience as a pediatrician. She is currently the Medical Director and Camp Doctor for a sleep-away camp for over 400 kids. As a firm believer in “knowledge is power”, Dr. Abby loves helping families navigate through the exciting and sometimes challenging world of puberty. A seasoned Doctor-Mom (of 4), she welcomes the opportunity to educate and empower tweens and their parents on the art and science of puberty.
